Tell me your kids' ages — or which pets need looking after — the date, and roughly how long you'll be out. It takes about a minute.

I get back to you
I'll reply to confirm the date is booked.
I'll get back to you to lock the date in, and ask anything I need to know ahead of time.

We meet first
A short visit before the first sit, while you're still home.
For a new family I'm happy to come by beforehand so the kids can meet me while you're still home — it makes the first real sit much easier on everyone.

Sit day
The evening itself — from me arriving to you getting home.
I arrive early, you run through the routine, and you get updates while you're out. You come home to sleeping kids and a tidy kitchen.
